Transhumance in France, lots of cows, nature and zero anxiety

Took a break from work and all stress-related to it and joined a few cow herders in France. No stress, no anxiety, just a little concerned about not stepping on cow pie...
According to Wikipedia, transhumance "is the seasonal movement of people with their livestock over relatively short distances, typically to higher pastures in summer and to lower valleys in winter. Herders have a permanent home, typically in valleys. Only the herds travel, with the people necessary to tend them."
